OSCE AI Terms of Service

Welcome to OSCE AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 4. Account Registration and Security

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate OSCE AI, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

  • To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • To harvest or collect any information about or regarding other users, including email addresses, without their explicit consent.
  • For any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action in response to any behavior that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise unlawful.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Company Content

All content, features, and functionality on the Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are owned by or licensed to OSCE AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.

“OSCE AI” and any related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of OSCE AI or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of OSCE AI..

7. FERPA and Student Data

7.1 FERPA Compliance

If we process or handle student data on behalf of authorized faculty or administration, we abide by FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) guidelines to ensure the privacy of student educational records.

7.2 Data Protection

We implement security measures to safeguard any student information in our systems. Access to student data is restricted to authorized personnel for legitimate educational or administrative purposes only. De-identified student data may be used for analytics or educational improvements, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Warranty

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible or liable for any third-party links, content, or services that may appear on or through the Services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

8.3 Accuracy of Information

11. Termination

11.1 Right to Terminate

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in Florida, USA, conducted in English, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

12.3 Venue

If arbitration is not used, or if a matter proceeds to court, the courts located in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such matter.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. We will post the most current version on our Site and indicate the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after we post modifications means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and OSCE AI relating to the subject matter herein.

14.2 Severability

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations herein without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms freely.
